~ Senate Inquiry into Judicial System and the Role of Judges~
The Senate Legal and Constitutional References Committee held hearings in Sydney on the 11th of June 2009, in regards to its inquiry into Australia's judicial system and the role of judges. The JCA's President, Justice Ruth McColl, AO, appeared before the Committee.
